Meet: The Marchetti Company

Michael Marchetti founded The Marchetti Company in 1992 as a design/ build firm after earning licenses in both architecture and general contracting. His extensive portfolio includes residential and commercial projects throughout the southeast, but his primary focus and passion remains home design. 

With bachelors degrees in art and architecture and a masters degree in structural engineering, Michael integrates design and building in ways few can replicate. While he gathers inspiration from the “master builders” of antiquity, he delivers designs that are efficient, functional and suited for today’s lifestyles. Michael’s hand-rendered plans are a work of art unto themselves, but what they reveal is equally inspiring- carefully articulated spaces meant for everyday living. 

The Marchetti Company consists of a small team which allows them to streamline the design and build process for clients. The building portion is overseen by Construction Manager Patrick Marchetti who has extensive knowledge of general contracting and experience in the field. A lettered West Point graduate, Patrick executes on designs with professionalism, timeliness and focused attention to detail.
